We are seeking a highly skilled Project Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at Aggreko, LLC. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our energy solutions to businesses and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate project report packs from finance process owners and project managers, ensuring timely delivery for regular portfolio review meetings.
  • Track and report on project benefits, risks, and outcome delivery at portfolio and stage gate levels, driving project completion within time and budget.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio-level dependencies across projects, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Provide support to the Finance COE PMO lead in driving project delivery excellence across the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Good experience working within a PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator position.
  • Highly proficient IT skills, particularly in managing electronic diaries, emails, and the MS Office suite.
  • Experience in maintaining complex source material, information, and data.
