As a key member of the Skills & Employability team, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective management of programmes by monitoring and reporting on activities, timescales, budgets, and resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans for the team's main functions.
  • Monitor and report on project activities, timescales, budgets, and resources.
  • Maintain change control systems and ensure effective programme and project delivery.
  • Establish quality control practices and standards, including project planning, risk analysis, and maintaining risk registers.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to relevant officers/boards for timely resolution.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Knowledge in project methods, planning processes, and change methods.
  • Experience in programme and project planning, monitoring, and reporting techniques.
  • Skills in aggregating, analysing, and reporting information to provide a clear picture of project performance.
  • Ability to interpret numerical data quickly and effectively.
  • Awareness of economic and skills projects and activities.
