Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client's market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to enhance our client's brand visibility and credibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights for product and service enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align business development activities with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a business development or similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange and payment solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
