The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by targeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Education sector
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record working in sales and winning new business within the Education sector. They should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A strategic thinker with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets is essential.
