About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS). As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and reviewing a program of individual sporting events across multiple sports throughout the season.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with volunteers, suppliers, and stakeholders. You will also have a passion for sports and event management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a program of individual sporting events across multiple sports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with event teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on event performance and feedback
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance event quality
