About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at TimePlan Education Group LTD. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with varying abilities, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Work closely with the SEN department to develop and implement effective learning plans and strategies.
  • Assist in the organization and management of teaching and learning resources, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning experience for all students.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students and the school.
  • Graduate status (desirable) and a keen interest in the education sector.
