Job Title: Activity Coordinator

**Estimated Salary:** £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description: Residential Care Team Member**We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as Residential Care Team Members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions that promote social interaction, emotional well-being, and physical activity among our residents. Your role will involve planning, preparing, and facilitating activities that cater to different interests and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of adults with learning disabilities.
  • Hold a relevant qualification in care or education (or be willing to undergo training).
