Job Description

Yorkare Homes is seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for planning, organising and executing activities and events for residents, creating a happy and engaging environment.

The successful candidate will be key to our residents' happiness, planning, organising, executing and leading internal and external activities and events in response to their wants, wishes and needs.

You will create and nurture local community links, carry out administrative duties, be computer literate and have a good understanding of social media.

This role requires flexibility, care and compassion, positivity, self-motivation and organisation, willingness to undertake any training necessary, sensitivity to the needs of others, active team player and ability to work on own initiative.

As a Competitive Activities Coordinator, you can expect a salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including free enhanced DBS check, free Uniform, fully comprehensive training and development support from our in-house trainer, bonus for working Christmas, staff recognition awards, rewards App, Health Scheme.
