Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply our company's reserving philosophy to ensure accurate claims management.
  • Negotiate policyholder and third-party claims to successful settlement, including personal injury cases.
  • Communicate effectively with brokers and instruct solicitors and adjusters from our agreed panel.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to resolve claims-related issues.
  • Embody our service excellence principles in every interaction with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of coverage, benefits, and exclusions.
  • Strong knowledge of legal liability and supporting case law.
  • Ability to apply legal and regulatory issues related to policy wordings.
  • Experience with Personal Injury evaluation tools and handling PI claims in both portals and outside.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
