Ecommerce Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join our growing sales team at Autoglym Careers. This brand-new role is a full-time, permanent position, offering hybrid working with approximately one day a week in the office and the remainder from home.
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will work closely with the Ecommerce National Account Manager to create and implement category-specific strategies for key partners, including Amazon, eBay, and Marketplaces.
You will be the first point of contact for Autoglym partners, responsible for catalogue maintenance and optimization across 5 markets: UK, France, Spain, Italy, and Germany.
You will align key customer metrics and the catalogue strategy with 3rd party ad agencies, while liaising with key stakeholders within our business to create and maintain new product listings, including launch and promotional plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Manage and maintain catalogue listings across multiple marketplaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions
- Monitor and analyze key customer metrics to inform ecommerce strategy
