Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of work are confirmed and processed compliantly, through to financial completion with all required documents stored and delivered to the client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with contractors to schedule works
  • Ensuring all documents are complete and up-to-date
  • Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
  • Tracking and monitoring works progress
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Managing the CRM database for customer inquiries and quotes
  • Reviewing and processing invoices for payment
  • Reporting on the monthly financial forecast and providing updates to the project management team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer:
