Care Services Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Services Coordinator to join our team in Crawley, United Kingdom. This dynamic role combines care coordination with recruitment responsibilities, ensuring exceptional care delivery while building a strong team of caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Registered Care Manager to deliver and maintain high-quality care services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients and develop personalized care plans
- Ensure compliance with industry standards through regular checks on caregivers
- Familiarize new caregivers with required care procedures and provide support as needed
- Mentor new caregivers through the Care Certificate process, promoting professional development
- Serve as daily office coordinator, managing client and caregiver inquiries
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing support outside regular working hours
- Attend care calls to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Assist with the recruitment process, including CV screening and candidate interviews
- Oversee the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring seamless integration
- Maintain accurate records of care plans, assessments, and recruitment activities
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for service improvement and implement changes
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 QCF/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent work-based experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Health & Social Care sector, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role
- Demonstrated knowledge of care industry regulations and standards
- Experience working with diverse client needs, including those with Dementia
- Proficiency in recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work around core hours
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and care management software
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Empathetic and patient-centred approach to care coordination
Benefits and Compensation:
