Cafe Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the cafe, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
- Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and stock levels.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
