Cafe Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at New Hall School. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our small and warm cafe, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality food and beverage experience for our pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the cafe's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, and customer service.
- Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Order and manage stock, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall cafe performance.
- Proven experience in a cafe or restaurant management role, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
