We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the cafe team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service and hospitality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
