Cafe Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the cafe, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
- Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service and hospitality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
