Cafe Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the cafe, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting the expectations of our clients and customers.
- Manage and maintain a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
