We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Children and Families Social Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Social Work Professional with a focus on safeguarding, you will work directly with children, young people, and their families, providing essential support and guidance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for children and families in line with statutory frameworks and policies.
  • Undertake child protection investigations and manage cases requiring child protection plans.
  • Provide direct support to children and families, focusing on their safety, wellbeing, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, health professionals, and other agencies to deliver a multi-agency approach to child protection.
