About the Role

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Leaving Care Team. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will be responsible for supervising Personal Advisers who support young people with a variety of needs, including those going through the asylum process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Personal Advisers to achieve key performance indicators for care leavers
  • Lead on areas of the Service Development Plan
  • Work in partnership with internal and external agencies, including Children We Care for teams and Adult Safeguarding

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced manager who is passionate about achieving great outcomes for care leavers and unaccompanied young people. You will be a keen leader who embraces change and different approaches to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
