### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Complaints Management. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the complaint handling process, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements, and driving quality and efficiency improvements within the Complaint Management Team.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support the Vigilance Team in complaint handling, medical device reporting, and supporting manufacturers to investigate complaints
* Interface with Injectables and Active Device manufacturer's quality teams to deliver results to defined KPIs and strategic initiatives
* Develop and lead initiatives to continuously improve quality and efficiency within the Complaint Management Team and the enterprise-wide Quality organization
* Maintain regulatory, process, and product knowledge to provide internal and external audit support
* Prioritize and lead/participate in the assessment and solution development for identified issues of moderate to high scope and complexity
* Monitor the company's medical devices surveillance program, including the intake, evaluation, processing, and follow-up on adverse reports
* Ensure complete and accurate maintenance and reporting of Medical Device Reports (MDRs) and Medical Device Vigilance System, adverse reaction data as required by global regulatory agencies
