Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing concerns raised and identifying and recommending an appropriate resolution.
  • Liaising with external complainants and others to ensure concerns/complaints are being handled efficiently and appropriately.
  • Working with the Legal & Business Affairs team across the business, Content Compliance and HR to ensure effective concern resolution.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional lawyer with a sound understanding and track record of advising in relation to employment law and litigation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
