Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Market Researcher to join our team. As a key partner to our sales, marketing, and design teams, you'll lead and run research programs that drive customer insights and inform our go-to-market strategies. Your expertise will help us instrument sentiment programs, weave data together, and gain deeper insights into the Stripe experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive research programs, including Win Loss analysis, user experience research, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct multi-phase quantitative and qualitative research to deepen our understanding of users, drive company strategy, and inform internal decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define long-term strategies and short-term tactics, ensuring a unified view of our customers and their needs.
- Prioritize research needs and approaches, balancing urgency with methodological rigor.
- Partner with other researchers to build out Stripe's market research practice and infrastructure.
- Source and manage research vendors to augment the work of the research team.
- Disseminate research insights to evolve and enhance Stripe's understanding of user needs and identify innovative opportunities to meet those needs.
- 5+ years of relevant market research experience, with a proven track record of conducting and supervising complex research projects.
- Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, customer journeys, data analysis, and ideation sessions.
- Experience working on developer-focused, B2B, or enterprise products, with a strong understanding of user needs and market trends.
As a Market Researcher at Stripe, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. We offer a competitive salary range of £76,000 - £114,000, depending on location and experience, as well as a range of benefits, including equity, company bonus, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
