About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Market Researcher to join our Enterprise team. As a key member of our research team, you will partner with sales, marketing, and design teams to drive customer insights and inform our go-to-market strategies. Your expertise will help us instrument sentiment programs, weave data together, and deliver actionable insights that drive business impact.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and run research programs that drive customer insights for the Stripe go-to-market and lifecycle experiences.
  2. Conduct multi-phase quantitative and qualitative research to deepen our understanding of our users, drive company strategy, and inform internal decision making.
  3. Promote a unified view of our customers and ensure their needs come first in everything we do.
  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define both the long-term strategy and short-term tactics for our products in response to market insights.
  5. Prioritize research needs and approaches across multiple work streams to ensure impact and deliver actionable insights.
  6. Partner closely with other researchers to build out Stripe's market research practice and infrastructure.
  7. Source and manage research vendors to augment the work of the research team.
  8. Disseminate research insights to evolve and enhance Stripe's understanding of user needs and identify innovative opportunities to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant market research experience working with qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proven track record of conducting complex research at scale and demonstrating the use of various research methods.
  • Fluency across qualitative and quantitative research methods, with experience in leading, designing, executing, and communicating impactful research.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on developer-focused, B2B, or enterprise products.
  • Ability to lead, design, execute, and communicate impactful research in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to do hands-on research on an early-stage team, from planning and recruiting to conducting interviews to insights delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively roll out large-scale research programs.
  • Relentless focus on users and solving for their needs and wants.
What We Offer

At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of £76,000 - £114,000, depending on location and experience. We also provide equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
