We are seeking an experienced Learning and Growth Leader to join our team at OPRA Group in the UK.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pension company, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth within our team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective training programs to promote a growth mindset within the team
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to learning and development
* Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by attending conferences and studying relevant materials
* Ensure all training materials are current and compliant with industry regulations
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in learning and development
* Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs
* Strong understanding of the cradle-to-grave administration process for SSAS
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
