About the Role:

The Learning Support Associate will contribute to delivering creative and well-planned lessons across various subjects, including Maths, English, Geography, and PE. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children with ASD, behavioural issues, and learning difficulties. Additionally, they should be comfortable working within a team-oriented setting, prioritizing flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom learning across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
  • Assist in planning and preparing educational materials
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and support staff
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices

Your Qualifications and Experience:
