Academics Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join their team at a well-respected primary school in Salisbury. As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for children aged 5-11. You will be responsible for preparing materials, assisting with lesson planning, and providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and wish to develop their skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and be able to communicate effectively with children, teachers, and other support staff. You will also have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be flexible in your approach to meet the needs of the school and its students.
