Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deal-focused roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating relevant due diligence preparation
  • Reviewing development appraisals and liaising with the Finance team
  • Ensuring a clear communication line between all parties
  • Manging the completion of deals to maximise each one to their fullest potential
  • Work alongside the Land department to assess planning prospects

The estimated salary for this position is around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
