About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a thriving team in Cambridgeshire. As a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor at our client's top 50 law firm, you will have the chance to work on high-value and high-profile transactions and clients, developing your expertise in property law and expanding your professional network.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to support key clients on strategic land and development projects.
  2. Provide expertise in commercial sales and acquisitions, including buying and selling commercial properties.
  3. Assist large property companies in managing their property portfolios.
  4. Handle commercial landlord and tenant work, including disputes and negotiations.
  5. Offer guidance on investment and asset management, including investing in and managing commercial properties.
  6. Provide general advice on residential property development.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience as a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor, preferably with 1-4 years PQE.
  2. A clean and current practising certificate.
  3. Experience acting for banks and borrowers in secured lending matters.
  4. Previous experience working with high-net-worth matters.
