Job Overview

This Land, a leading real estate developer, seeks an experienced Senior Strategic Land Manager to join its expanding team. With a passion for sustainable development and high-quality homes, the company prioritises the environment and infrastructure in every project.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in strategic land promotion and acquisition. A strong understanding of the housebuilding industry is essential, including land acquisition and disposal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing long-term option agreements for strategic land sites.

About the Role:

  • Negotiate and secure land deals with a focus on maximising value.
  • Develop comprehensive planning and promotion strategies to maximise development value and minimise costs.
  • Lead negotiations with landowners, manage external consultants, and forge high-profile relationships with local planning authorities, external property contacts, local agents, landowners, and developers.
