Private Equity Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Transaction Specialist to join our Corporate Group. In this role, you will work closely with Partners on significant transactions, assisting investors and investee companies.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in company law and corporate transactional work, with a strong background in private equity deal structuring. They will be able to collaborate with leading mid-market or large cap investors, identifying opportunities and executing buy-side mandates.
As a senior member of our team, you will play a crucial role in nurturing talent, contributing to business development activities, and supervising other team members. Our culture emphasizes support, collaboration, and career growth, with a strong record of internal promotions.
