About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Leadership Specialist to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Project Valuation Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of each valuation project, including performing field diligence, communicating with clients, and evaluating internal and external transaction risks.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $200,000 per year, plus annual bonuses. Our ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in asset-based lending, trading, distressed debt, equity research, finance, business valuation, or other related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams to conduct field diligence, inspect inventory management processes, and communicate with clients.
  • Develop comprehensive valuations by reviewing financial reporting and industry research.
  • Identify and mitigate internal and external transaction risks.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to create financial exhibits and written narratives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; professional certificates or MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
