Job Description
  • Counsel clients on real-world legal matters;
  • Collaborate with clients to compile essential data for structure charts;
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to clients;
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documentation for corporate transactions.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Transaction Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' financial and operational challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal compliance and regulations, as well as experience working with legal software and tools. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with our development team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field;
  • Experience in legal operations or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: up to RM92,000 per annum Depending on experience.

English Proficiency: Fluency and comfort with English 100% of the time. We require a C2 level of English (CEFR) as attested by one of the following proficiency tests: ]
