  • Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Sound clinical knowledge, underpinning informed decision-making and problem-solving.
Salary Range

£54,041 per annum, reflecting the significance of this role within the hospital trust.
