Chef Management Opportunity in Northamptonshire

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Kettering, working closely with the Head Chef to manage the food operation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with experience in leading teams and developing new menu ideas.
Job DetailsThe estimated salary for this role is £16 - £20.17 per hour, offering an attractive hourly rate for experienced candidates. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced holiday pay and opportunities for career development.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
