Our busy Country Pub is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our high-performance kitchen team. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their section, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. They will also contribute to menu planning and development, and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
A competitive base salary of £26,250 - £28,500 per annum is offered, dependent on experience, along with a share of staff tips, meals on duty, and free parking.
Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent organisational and time management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
