Human Resources Manager

- This opportunity will suit a competent, organised HR professional with relevant experience, ideally within the health and social care sector.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential.
- You should have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and statutory legislation.
- Experience of employee relations and conflict management is required.
- You will need to manage and deliver HR projects.
- Devising and delivering HR training to managers is a must.
- Experience of supporting a TUPE process would be desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time), 25 days annual leave entitlement excluding bank holidays, paid day off on your birthday, access to Blue Light Card discounts, an excellent refer-a-friend scheme, and an employer contributory pension scheme.
