Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Energy Sales Advisor in our Isle of Wight Retail Hub. As an Energy Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our energy solutions, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working Monday – Saturday, with shift rotation basis. We offer a competitive salary of £25,272 (Pro-Rata) £12,636 based on 20 hours per week, plus a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote our energy solutions, including smart meters, gas and electric top-ups, and energy efficiency tips, to customers and potential customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle PayPoint and Payzone transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Adaptability: Seamlessly switch between different customer contact channels, including face-to-face, live chat, and phone support.
Requirements
  • A positive and solution-focused attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, either face-to-face or telephony, is advantageous.
