We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team in the Children and Young Persons Unit (CYPU) at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the unit, ensuring that patient care is of the highest standard possible.
Working closely with the Band 7 Senior nursing team, the Clinical Leader will develop strong links with all members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and assessment areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective care pathways for patients in the CYPU.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
The successful candidate will be a clinical role model, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care. They will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with experience in supervising and developing staff.
