Job Title: Senior Children's Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Children's Care Manager to join our team at the Leader Recruitment Group. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team providing therapeutic care and support for children with complex needs in Wellington, Telford.

Job Description:
• Deliver quality care services and strategic planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
• Lead a team to provide daily care and support, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Act as a positive role model and develop trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Supervise and mentor staff, organizing work patterns and facilitating care-focused training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
• 2 years' experience in a Residential Children's home, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
• Experience with budgets and rotas, demonstrating effective financial management and organizational skills.
• Full UK driving license, enabling flexibility in work arrangements.
• Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to the role.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
