Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to deliver high-quality care for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing children's homes and be committed to driving continuous improvement in line with Ofsted regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 3-bed EBD home for children aged 7 to 17, developing and implementing care plans to meet individual needs, leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and promote well-being, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary with a bonus structure, workplace pension scheme, DBS Check funded, refer-a-friend award, and long service awards. The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
