Job Title: Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled clinical leader to join our team in Shropshire, supporting a leading provider of therapeutic residential care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the clinical team and driving strategic development to improve patient outcomes
  • Supervising team members and providing training to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintaining a small clinical caseload and providing psychological assessments, direct therapy, and training to children and young people
  • Developing policies and procedures to ensure effective clinical governance

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage resources effectively.

Required Experience:

  • Accreditation or membership with a relevant professional body
  • Experience in a health, medical, or social background
  • Management experience, including audit and knowledge of harmful sexual behavior
  • Working with children, learning disabilities, trauma, or Autism

Contract Details:

  • Permanent, full-time contract
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £62,000 FTE, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits to support your career development and well-being.
