Job Title: Senior Clinical Operations Manager

About the Role:
This senior clinical operations manager position requires developing, prioritizing, and overseeing staff activities to ensure clinicians complete assessments based on medical necessity determinations and state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or clinical setting with knowledge of medical terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical direction, supervision, and support to the clinical review team performing evaluations of individuals applying to nursing facilities.
  • Participate in on-site visits to nursing facilities and community-based locations as necessary.
  • Review and propose changes to program regulations, policies, and other documents.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of work experience providing direct service or case management to adults with psychiatric disabilities inclusive of 1 year of experience in a medical or clinical setting with knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to travel statewide.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications, including Word, Outlook, and database.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum.
