Job SummaryServisource Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support our team in providing care for young people with complex needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of staff in delivering high-quality care to young people.
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of each young person.
- Working closely with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Minimum Diploma level 3 qualification
- Full UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience in children's residential care (specifically with challenging behaviours)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
The salary for this position is estimated at £25,600-£32,400 per annum (£12.50 per hour). We offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and holiday entitlement.
