Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in Warrington and Lymm. As a Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical support to clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their daily routines and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Assist with domestic tasks and light housekeeping
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work
