Key Responsibilities
  • Support the instructor before and during teaching sessions to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized studio space, ensuring all materials are readily available and inventory is up-to-date.
  • Prepare materials and supplies for upcoming workshops, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the teacher to instruct guests on tufting techniques, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Process and finish rugs according to customer specifications, paying close attention to detail.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their workshop experience.
  • Manage studio tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in additional languages (Chinese, French, Italian) being an asset. They will also have familiarity with editing video content using Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.
