Role Overview:
Outcomes First Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a Therapeutic Environment Specialist, you will work with schools to develop therapeutic environments and implement Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools
• Engage in professional development training for all staff

Requirements:
• Doctoral or master's degree in Educational Psychology
• Passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with complex needs
