Job Title: Real Time Team Leader

Yü Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Time Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of field operatives in the installation of smart meters and execution of warrants and RPU field activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field operatives in the installation of smart meters and execution of warrants and RPU field activity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with energy suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
