About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the Prestwick area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing them with information about our products and services
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect kitchen solution for their needs
  • Arrange and book appointments for our team to conduct site visits and take measurements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom at all times
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including creating quotations and other sales-related documents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales role with significant customer interaction
  • Knowledge of kitchen design and refurbishment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
