Kitchen Showroom Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen Showroom Consultant in Prestwick, Ayrshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers visiting our showroom
  • Showcase our kitchen products and services, including kitchen doors, worktops, and handles
  • Arrange and book appointments for site visits to take measurements and provide quotations
  • Take phone calls from potential and existing customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns
  • Follow up on internet and email enquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Assist customers in selecting colours, styles, and products that meet their needs and preferences
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times
  • Perform general administrative duties, including quotations and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using email, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
