Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience in our showroom
  • Showcase our products and services, highlighting the benefits of our kitchen refurbishment solutions
  • Arrange and book appointments for our team to conduct home/site visits to take measurements and provide quotes
  • Take phone calls from potential and existing customers, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Follow up on internet and email enquiries, ensuring a prompt and efficient response
  • Assist customers in choosing colours, styles, and other design elements for their kitchen refurbishment project
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
  • Perform general administrative duties, including quotations and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a showroom environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Enthusiasm for and a strong interest in home improvements and kitchen design
  • Ability to work independently, often managing the showroom on your own
  • Confident and able to convert enquiries into leads or site visits
  • IT proficient, with experience using email, Word, Excel, and the Microsoft suite
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
